Our Director Jennie is also our resident coach. As well as being an ICF trained coach and NLP Practitioner, Jennie has over 10 years experience working within HR in house and as a consultant and co-founder of Ig-hr, growing both the Ig-hr business and partnering with leaders across multiple industries to deliver HR excellence.

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential.

It is designed to facilitate the creation / development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy / plan for achieving those goals.

What areas do you cover?

Ig-hr delivers coaching sessions remotely, however in person coaching can be arranged depending on individual and business needs.
