Our Director Jennie is also our resident coach. As well as being an ICF trained coach and NLP Practitioner, Jennie has over 10 years experience working within HR in house and as a consultant and co-founder of Ig-hr, growing both the Ig-hr business and partnering with leaders across multiple industries to deliver HR excellence.

Ig-hr delivers coaching sessions remotely, however in person coaching can be arranged depending on individual and business needs.
We can travel UK-wide, and we are based in Liverpool with easy access to the Wirral, Chester, Manchester and surrounding areas.
